  The waiters were polite and friendly but the food sadly was very poor quality. Our main dish (pork rib) contained very little meat and the potatoes served with it were swimming in oil. It would have perhaps been OK at a lower price, but not for £20. When we complained we were initially told that if we didn't pay the full price, the waitress said she would "stop us leaving", which we hadn't tried to do and which came across as a mild threat. The manager eventually arrived and argued with us more, including accusing us of shoplifting.
  
  All in all, the staff are friendly until things go wrong and the food is poor quality and overpriced. Best avoid.

  First time here. Really impressed. It's a small yet cosy restaurant (so I would definitely suggest booking) with great staff and fantastic food. Their two and three course specials are fantastic value. Huge selection of wine and a few good bottled asked too. Really enjoyed it and very much recommend!
